cancellation & lateness policy

In the spirit of honoring the precious time of all involved, we have crafted a policy to guide appointment cancellations and rescheduling. We kindly request a minimum 24-hour notice for any changes to the scheduled appointment. Regrettably, refunds cannot be granted for cancellations made outside this time frame. To ensure the punctuality of our sessions, any delays beyond 15 minutes will result in a corresponding reduction of the appointment duration. Should you miss the appointment without prior notice, the full amount paid will be forfeited, and no further rescheduling or refunds will be possible. Please take note that failure to arrive within the first 20 minutes of the scheduled time will result in a designation of a no-show. (We require a $30 fee at booking that goes toward your treatment cost.) Big thanks to all of you wonderful souls!

NOTE: If you have any active congenital skin conditions like active Cold Sore, Psoriasis, Dermatitis, Eczema or Lupus, you need to see a doctor first before you come to the treatment room.
